"When I first decided to use a personal trainer to help me lose weight I was very self conscious and embarrassed. I had heard about Andrew as he had been recommended to me. When I first approached him about my weight he made me feel very relaxed and confident in what I was going to have do in order for me to lose weight. He put 100% into making the right plan that suited me best, which I really appreciated as he considered the things I did and did not like. During our sessions he was forever encouraging me and pushing me to my limit which made me realise I was able to achieve my target weight. Andrew Slater has changed my life for the better, in the 5 months I have worked with him he has helped me lose 2 and a half stone. Through sound advice, dedication and motivation Andrew helped me to understand not what I was but what I could become.
Andrew set me up a diet plan that was tailor made for me and included foods that I enjoyed. Through an honest assessment of my current diet Andrew helped support the physical work we did together. Andrew did not just produce a fitness or diet plan for me it was more than that, Andrew motivated me to make a 'life change'.
