Circuit training is one of the best ways to improve fitness and tone up. A class is designed to strengthen and condition muscles so that you can see the benefit in your daily life. Due to the nature of circuit training you will be working both aerobically and anaerobically, which aids circulation, fat loss and improves lung function. Each exercise station in the circuit will work a different area of your body with the focus on toning legs, bums, tums and strengthening core muscles.
